I love this app! I am able to message my provider get online appointments quickly through the quick care option. And I can read my doctors notes from my last appointment all in one spot! I can also see my medical record at a glance while viewing any changes I’ve had throughout my entire medical history. It’s very helpful when you see a specialist and need to remember when/what you’ve take and for how long. Everyone who uses Ballad Health for their healthcare needs to download. So much easier to navigate than other health apps!

I have alerts that I can’t get rid of! When I have an alert that I have a message, it goes away after I read it. However, I have two alerts that I just can’t get rid of. One is a Covid booster reminder which I have no intention of getting and the other says I have an unread message which is not correct. Very frustrating.

This app used to work. Now on all the Apple devices I have you just get an “error communicating with sever”. Yea I know, before anything is said, I restarted my device and uninstalled it and restarted my device and it’s still does the same thing. When it worked it was awesome. Now it’s a headache. Because they don’t really send you any bills through the mail. One visit nets you six different bills from six different places, when you just went to one. This was the only way to lay quickly and track all them. Now this app is about as useful as the hospital system it’s built for. I’d go someplace else, but they have bought everyone else out and have become a monopoly of the area.
