I have to enter my product information every time. My device is saved while I am using the app, once I close the app my device registration is lost.

With some work this could become a useful addition to the Perfectio device. Easy to navigate. Animated treatment timer is great to get you started. The shortcomings are exposed when you use it. Customized treatment schedule looks handy at first but builds an entire inflexible schedule based upon when you first launched it, can’t align the program to fit your schedule without starting over. Progress photo feature doesn’t work, fails to save photos whether taken before or after completing a treatment. Timer lacks an alarm option so you have to keep an eye on it until treatment time is up. Considering the ultra premium price of the Perfectio device it’s disappointing the companion app is a cheap unrefined afterthought right now.

Took forever to download this app and when I finally did, you have option (1). Type in name, email, password and press "sign in". Did not work at all. I figured that didn't work because I hadn't signed in for the first time, yet. Option (2). Log in with Facebook. I tried this and it stalled at "Logging in" for ten minutes. Fuhgetabowdet! Let me know if/when you get this thing working. As much as I paid for the device and face care, a support app would be helpful.
