App Profile: Label Tracker

The purpose of this app is to support noting mindfulness practice. Noting is when you consistently acknowledge where your attention is being pulled (thinking, seeing, feeling, etc.) and say out loud a label for where your attention has been pulled. This allows you to meditate without spending long periods of time lost in thought or daydreaming. Label Tracker will take this one step further by tracking that you are using spoken labels on a regular interval, and will remind you with a gentle chime if you forget to continue labeling!
