Honestly, I’ve only been to a Pick-up-stix restaurant twice and that was approximately back in 1997ish. Recently, I have driven passed it a gazillion times telling myself that I will stop by whenever I drive back. For some reason, I always forget. Today, I didn’t forget and I am extremely happy. As you walk in, you engage in all the wonderfully delicious aromas throughout the restaurant which is the first step to your culinary journey. Second step, you observe the hard work of the staff preparing the meals and giving outstanding service to their lucky and hungry patrons. You also observe the patrons enjoying their mealtime with family and friends. I wanted to try some of my favorite Asian foods to see if I would be a returning customer and I was not disappointed. I ordered salmon teriyaki with brown rice and vegetables, drunken noodles with tofu, and cream cheese wontons. Everything was cooked to perfection and I had a lovely dining experience. Kudos to your staff in the Rancho San Diego store. You should be proud to have such dedicated and talented employees.
Always love the food and happy to see grass fed beef options on the menu. Thank you for making this happen. I often wonder what has happened to the message about business basics, the customer experience and the impact to your business when the are executed well vs when they aren’t. It seems as though every business has used Covid to reduce staffs even further and most have lost the ability to provide any sense of customer care. That said, I was pleased to have the preferred experience today at this location. First Class!
I like that this app allows me to order ahead easily and now it offers Free delivery with order over $20. My favorite is House special chicken and seasonal House special nacho. I usually only order when there is specials like buy one entree get one free, 2 chicken entree for $13 or House Special nacho. Normal price is kind of high compare to fastfood chinese. So I waited for coupons. But during covid-19 pandemic. Spending a little over $20 for 2 entrees with free delivery is good with me. Their portion usually last me 2 meals anyway.
