Excellent App for English Speaking users. Excellent customer service for everyday type healthcare needs. Other North American Country could learn something from the TK.
For the past year, app submission of sick notes has not worked, leading to enduring administrative hassles. When I try to submit I get an error “Your entry contains invalid characters”, no matter how many times I retype my information (on a standard keyboard). I tried to fill in their tech support form, but their online tech support page just errored when I submitted it.
Overall a fairly good app. There are a few ways it could be improved: - could use integration of activity tracking from Apple Watch for the Health Bonus portion of the TK app. - could use an English language localization since TK claims to support English on their website.
