Beyond excited to have a Mobile Token! Such a convenience to replace the outdated physical one and no longer need to remember to carry around when working remote! …and to have it on my Apple Watch! Highly recommend this app!

A bank of this size should be able to develop an app that works on all platforms with relative ease. The fact that I can not access my account tab and examine the balance and transactions, at all(!), is beyond unprofessional and really shows the incompetence of the institution and the lack of respect for their clients. Their customer service could not resolve my issue and I have to login from a browser to get the information I need. I would bank elsewhere if you have that option. Every individual I talked to was polite and professional, but as an institution, the overall experience has been less than adequate. Please fix this embarrassment of a banking application.

If my company didn’t require me to use this app to deposit their checks, I would delete this app so fast!
Any time the phone updates, it locks me out and makes me change my password. Makes me change my password every 30 days. Like someone is going to hack my phone and deposit a check into someone else account 🤦♂️… Every single check I scan is so frustrating because it “Move closer” “scan the whole check” “did Not recognize “ “you scanned this check twice, do it ALL OVER AGAIN “.
