WaitLess is an app for use in East Kent, Dorset, Chelsea & Westminster and Hertfordshire & West Essex that helps you make an informed decision about where to get the quickest access to the best care. WaitLess displays waiting time information at all of the facilities that can help you, whenever you need to access health services quickly for non-life threatening emergencies.

WaitLess will help you to make the right decision about where to go for urgent health care. Most urgent treatment can be provided in your local Minor Injuries Unit or Medical Centre, rather than the A&E Department at your local hospital. By directing you to these centres, WaitLess will help you to get treated more quickly and help the NHS to provide lifesaving treatment in your local hospital A&E department.

WaitLess will tell you what the travel time to your local medical facility is, from wherever you are right now. WaitLess also gives directions to the local services, opening hours for alternatives to A&E, and offers information on the services available at local Minor Injury Units and medical centres.
