Opened the app as I normally do and was promptly asked and actually required to upgrade for the “New 2025 Experience”. Was directed to the app store and selected upgrade as I was prompted to do. The app updated then prompted me to open the app. No problem, right? Wrong! Now the app is stuck in some weird loop such that after I’ve upgraded I’m prompted to upgrade again and once again directed to the App Store to upgrade. Arrive at the App Store and it indicates that the app is upgraded and prompts me to open the app, which I do again. App opens and I’m prompted to upgrade and then directed to the App Store which again indicates that the app is upgraded and I’m prompted to open the app. I do that and once again I’m prompted to upgrade in this frustratingly weird circular loop of god knows what. Have deleted the app and reinstalled twice only for it to continue to do the same thing over and over and over again. Hey developers, what’s going on? Please fix this or at the very least offer some help here, thanks…

I’m a 20+ year fan of MotoGP and over the years I’ve had to scramble to find where the races and coverage would be broadcast here in the USA. Since I’ve purchased the MotoGP package 5-6 years ago, I now go to one source for my viewing coverage, whereby I get everything I ever wanted to know about the riders, teams, calendars, stats, and anything else one could imagine. The only thing I wish would be included are the pre-season, seasonal, and post-season practice sessions on-demand. If Doran could add these sessions On-Demand so that fans could watch at their leisure, that would be wonderful. Otherwise I’m thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the package and coverage.

I have been using this app for 5 years, no I don’t like to watch it on my phone so if I’m not on the go I always play it through my computer onto the TV. I have really never had serious issues with this or really any that I can think of. Spoilers alerts, ok fine yes the app is terrible with this. But I just block the screen with my hand and click the drop down tab to get to the schedule. Once there, there’s no issue! The app is meant for quick viewing in my opinion and shouldn’t be solely relied on to be perfect. These are iPhone apps! I do agree there could be some work done with the spoilers being at the top or on the home news feed. But that’s wha bring people to their website. Those that don’t pay, get to see who’s won. It’s more advertisement than anything. I am or a Dorna employee, however I love watching Motogp, and at the price of comcast now a days, I don’t have a problem setting the funds aside for my passion. To each their own, but I’ve loved every year of my time spent with MotoGP
