McLaren Racing

This app has all of the features you could want. It’s essentially social media, but gives you all of the updates, announcements, and fun little stories you could ever want. The schedule is highly useful, (especially as I do not live too close to any of the races) and the interesting quizzes, poles, and activities embedded into the app. Go Lando, McLaren world champion, and go McLaren app!

I recently got into Formula 1 and got this app to keep up with what’s happening. It lots of fun, you get the inside scoop on some races and what it looks like to suit up for a race, and Lando and Daniel do some very entertaining challenges that you can view. My only problem is that while McLaren has some good giveaways and a link to their store, the links don’t work (at least for me). If someone from McLaren is reading this, please fix this bug soon! -Overall I would recommend this app- UPDATE! The problem I addressed above was fixed, so I changed it to 5 stars.

The app is a fair substitute for serving multimedia content that would otherwise be viewed in a web browser. There are quite a few obvious bugs in the app, which leads one to wonder who is quality control checking it. The current bug standing out the most is related to the “Hype” 🧡 function. Users clicking on the heart to like a post in the app no longer have their “like” saved. Closing then reopening the app finds the like removed.
