Calmcast is now my go-to App when I’m feeling stressed. It’s fun, informative and user-friendly. And it provides so many interesting options that it never gets boring. Honestly everyone should have this app on their phone and use it every day. The world would be a happier, less angry, more productive and humane place.
I love that Calmcast has info from other sources mixed in with its own .... gives it a collaborative and generous feel — Somethings we could really use more of in life!
So many apps make promises but have little substance to make a difference. This is the exception. I use this app to improve sleep, calm nerves, reduce stress and stay present. The videos are amazing and incredibly helpful. It’s more than becoming calm. It’s like having a personal coach who helps you stay centered.
