Stagecoach Bus

Through no fault of our own, we were unable to find the bus stop for our journey and missed our trip with this company The road for the bus stop was not recognized on either Apple nor Google maps. When I tried to get a refund, I was told the time had passed so no refund. Mind you, I sent an email twice explaining and asking for help and then I found their complaint form and they said too late. I feel they would not give us a refund because we were from a different country. Mind you,we did use this bus line later in the day so they got some more money from us

Used this on a rainy afternoon in Edinburgh. I wanted a bus from near Greyfriars Scotty to Ferryport. It proposed several buses, but when we got to the bus stop it announced that service had not yet started. Instead we used Google Maps and walked 14 minutes in the rain, but a bus showed up as predicted. The app told me the fare for 2 would be 23lb (Uber was only 25lb), but the actual fare was only 13lb. I’m really glad I didn’t buy a ticket though the app and pay nearly double!

This app is very unreliable which is never acceptable for a service people pay for. Please update the tracking systems.
