There is a problem while using this app, after permission of Aadhar card this app shows 2 options 1 .Exit 2.Scan . After scanning of Aadhar card it does not show submit or any other option ,by this , process of life certificate does note complete .

My father is 89 years old and also has challenges in hearing.. he uses iPhone so that it is compatible with his hearing aids. All along we used to get his life certificate done by going to the bank or going to the doc for the certificate and submitting it physically. This time I decided to download this app and do submit digitally.. The app does not allow me to enter Aadhar card details!.. The keyboard that gets enabled when i click on enter Aadhar no tab is a number keyboard with alphabets and tried all possible settings to enter but in vain and just cannot enter the Aadhar number.. however when i click on email id tab, the keyboard that gets activated is the normal qwerty keyboard that we use that has alphabets and numbers..!! Shouldn’t the developers keep it simple and consistent by enabling simple qwerty keyboard for all tabs !!!! Request if this can be fixed please
