H Band

My Flip 4 died and couldn’t use my watch for it. Got a free IPhone 16E with Nevro. I really like this new watch. Down side is the screen for loading watch faces is very slow loading and takes forever for the watch faces to load to see which one I’d like to download. It’s not internet we have Digital Internet that’s faster the Spectrum Internet. The Problem is the H Band internet and they need to fix there servers! Why do You have only 1 watch face that keeps track of sleep?

Most functions in app appear to work. The audio from phone to ET485 watch worked fine for a few days where the phone audio came out of the phone. Then it stopped and a notice saying Bluetooth had to be activated. Phone shows device connected but that part of app doesn’t recognize that. All other functions work via Bluetooth to watch. Steps only register if your arms are moving which is normal for watches. Pulse rate and O2 level and blood pressure seem ok. Sleep is accurate on some nights. EKG seems to work well although a bit finicky if you don’t make good connections on the watch. Most all other functions including displaying text messages work well.

I like this app a lot however the issue I have the app keeps shutting off the Bluetooth connection randomly. I have tried everything including; pairing the watch with the app, reinstall the app and clearing and reconnecting the Bluetooth?? It works fine after this process is done for a week or two, then starts to doing the same thing disconnecting the Bluetooth connection. What’s so odd is my iPhone shows that the Bluetooth connected the same as my smart watch, however the app claims the Bluetooth is not connected. Till I reset(Clear) the Bluetooth connection from my watch and pair it again?? There has to be a glitch with this app, since I experienced the same issue with my other smartwatches I have. I have tried to update the app, it says it’s up to date??
