Prize Fiesta

What I don’t like about this game is once you get to a certain point in order to get your prize you have to keep buying crowns, which in my book are expensive. I don’t see why you can’t take the money that you’ve won to buy the crowns to get the prize that you want. I’ve already paid four times the amount for the prize that I want and I have been playing for well over a year. If you want good reviews, then you should make the game so that people can actually win their prizes without jumping through hoops. I live on Social Security and I have been trying to get this one game and I have had to buy so many gems in those little tiny boxes, keep moving up very slowly. Of course you have to continually keep buying the gems in order to get up to the top to get the prize that you want. When I first started this game, I thought it was actually on the up and up, but now I’m very very disappointed and discouraged, for the amount of money that I have had to put in just to get the one prize that I want. I’m beginning to think all these people that supposedly won are nothing but bots or fake people. Should I say to keep you going. Very very disappointed to say the least.

They are Top Notch Electronics! I have already Won a Smart Watch, a Digital Camera, and. 42” TV!! There is even a Car that you can Win! I have been playing games for many, many years and I have never seen a game with Prizes like this!! You don’t even have to pay to Win, of course if you do pay you will probably Win a little faster...I Absolutely Live Prize Fiesta!!

I’ve had hundreds of mushrooms and tokens and over $300 in my piggy bank and twice now it went from all that to zero! All my mushrooms and tokens were completely gone and my piggy bank dropped all the way down to $3.00! When I messaged customer service concerning this they claimed they looked into the matter and that they found no issues with my account! So I messaged them again and instead of telling me what happened they sent me a link that was completely irrelevant and didn’t pertain to my issue! So I messaged them once again and now my account is disabled all cause I wanted someone to look into my account and see what happened! While the game is fun and addicting they will steal all your stuff then deny it and disable your account when you ask them to look into it! Oh and when you have enough money to order something it will take you all the way to the mailing address and once you enter your info it will then knock you off and say you have to have a minimum $750 to even get to the prize vault and they’ll take your piggy bank money still and not give it back!
