Anime Heroes Saga-Build and collect your team

A message pops up at the beginning of booting up the game saying searching for server address. It continues and then has a error retry again. Resetting won’t work been a couple days already hope they fix this

I was not able to make any in app purchases anymore after the month of december so i tried deleting the app and redownloading it. This caused me to lose ALL of my progress even tho my profile shud hav been saved becuz i was using facebook as my login. Ive been playing this game for a long time and i was on level 85. Wud love to stay a loyal customer but im not restarting this game from scratch after all the time, money and effort i put into this game. My lil sister also plays so if u cud fix the issue for her of not being able to purchase anything as well as recover my lost progress tht wud be awesome. Game is great to me and her wud hate lose it over something thts not in my control.

I just got on Anime hero saga to get my login and mail for gems and the shop for characters but when I tried to login it said network busy and it kept spamming with network busy so I changed servers and I had to restart, this got me mad because I was level 37 and had grimmy, wekong,veggie,vortex,and avenger at max level. So when I tried to go back to my original server 160 it was erased server160 was gone that is why I wrote this review. So plz fix so I can get my characters and account back. Or I'll just delete the game! Plus all my friends are having the same problem.
