du ENTERTAINER

Compatibility issues being faced on my Apple device iPhone X. When search is tapped, the search column disappears and screen is like empty. Nothing can be seen. Please fix it as I cannot search as of now... Thanks!

As described by the other person. It’s just too bad service. If du can’t provide entertainer service then y the hell to give. I have exchanged atleast 20 emails just to set up account. Sometimes it doesn’t grant access , then that resolved then it won’t send password on registered email id and this process keeps on repeating and di team is least concerned. They would just send mail with sincere apologies and same problem is getting repeated. If I change password then link won’t work. After that they will send new link after two days and then password won’t work. Worst experience by any service provider. If I can give rating of -5 , would prefer that.

I keep receiving messages from DU to download this app. I downloaded it and registered but I couldn’t log in. I did forgot my password 10 times over the last 2 months but the app doesn’t send password reset instructions. I wrote to DU technical support and they replied asking me to uninstall/reinstall. I did that but it didn’t work as well. Please fix this app or stop sending SMS about it.
