Quit rolling out features if they don't even work. I was looking forward to the SharePay feature, however it doesn't even let you add a card. It's very simple, if the feature doesn't work don't put it in the update. I don't understand how such a large company clearly cannot be bothered with hiring decent testers or how any developer that knows what they are doing, would be ok with releasing substandard work.
I purchased two items from Diptyque (a large luxury perfume store on the ground floor of MOE, right by the fountain). These two items totaled 800 AED. When I tried to upload the receipts, they were decline on the Share Rewards APP. I contacted Chat support and was told they had to decline them because the receipt didn’t say Mall of the Emirates on it and that to get the points/rewards, I would have to go back to the mall and go to customer service to get the receipts stamped before being able to upload them onto the Share Rewards App. Surely this is the most inconvenient way for a customer to earn rewards especially since the glitch/problem is an internal Share Rewards APP issue. I think the solution is to use the EMAAR rewards app instead which is easy, convenient and much more customer friendly.
Great application for getting rewarded when you are purchasing anything from mall of Emirates or any of al futtaim hotel malls ,carefour or outlets Very user friendly
SHARE is the region's most rewarding way to shop. Earn points at the brands you already love and spend them like cash, instantly, in-store or online....
