When I started this game I’ve heard about the characters and that it was worth my time since it’s more than a love story game. WELL BOY WERE THEY RIGHT! I played a route with many characters and restarted it many times since I was a middle schooler trying to chat to my lovely RFA members. They really take your breath away and every character is complex and so very lovely. I don’t want to spoil anything if you have never played but let’s say there is so much beneath the surface. I’ve learned I’m too committed so for me it only works to play when I’m on breaks and have no obligations (I still join the chats at work haha) I’m graduating high school now and this game has stuck by me. Let’s say you never want to uninstall this game EVER. BIG THING THO. I have succumbed to using real big boy bucks for hourglasses and call cards. I don’t recommended if you are not using your own money kiddos but if you are and you really want to… I would get the call card for the RFA and wait for the other one until you go do those routes. For hourglasses I usually do the option for 300 since it’s cheap but if you want a one time buy to last go for the $26 deal I think it’s worth it. Part 2 GO TO SLEEP, I know it’s tempting but they tell you themselves unless you already have a bad sleeping schedule which is unfixable by insomnia rest!!! Have fun playing everyone and make sure to sleep and don’t skip meals!

okay this game is literally the best most emotional fun and just intriguing game ever. the only downside the the currency with the hourglasses doesn't i could only play the first free casual story. but let me just tell you i was hooked, throughout my day i'd make up times on when a group chat should open and check. i haven't done all the casual story routes i just finished yoosungs and honestly i don't think the other ones will compare 😎. the game made me feel loved happy and overall put me in a good mood anytime i got a notification from it. the emotional journey and the story, the little things like the emails and the guests you can invite, they make this game everything. when i tell you i was sobbing on the last day. I 👏 WAS👏 SOBBING👏! and honestly it hurts that i can't really do anything else and i'm so upset about that... i had managed to get 22 hourglasses when i finished so i bought an after ending thing and now i'm literally broke. i just wish we could unlock the other stories once we finished them one cause this is heart breaking :( i legit have an album on my phone full of photos and screenshots of things yoosung has said that had made my day and the photos he would send. i know i'm late to play it but i'm glad i gave this old game a chance, this game has literally changed my life for the better and i wouldn't have it any other way...

I honestly don’t know how to describe Mystic Messenger... It’s engaging, heart wrenching, lovable, and over all cute!! ^^ All of the characters are so unique and they each have their own personalities and quirks. I love how the chat rooms take place in real time, which makes the game that much more enjoyable and realistic. There are even special events for holidays and each character’s birthday!! All of the characters are lovable in their own way and it will make you want to play through all of their routes. Ooh, and the storyline!! It’s a bit different for each character depending on the route you choose which is so so cool. It’s also super interesting as well. No spoilers though ;). The personal messages and calls are super enticing as well, and the voice acting is phenomenal! The voices for each character match their personality so well. All of the voice acting is in Korean though, but it’s perfectly fine by me :). Also, the email mechanic is a great touch and I love how each character you email has a unique personality and profile picture as well. Getting the good endings also isn’t difficult, since it isn’t mandatory to attend all chat sessions. It is important to note that each route takes place over the course of eleven days, which seems long, but I didn’t even notice, considering how absorbed I was in the game. There is just so much to love about this game, and I honestly can’t praise the creators enough. If you have the time, give this game a try. You won’t regret it whatsoever. I look forward to future projects by Cheritz. ^^
