This have been the best experience for losing weight, no trauma, no hunger, so you could do whatever diet and change your whole nutrition for good! I like this app its very easy to use & i have been using it since 2019. Problem is now the scale data dates are written without the year, only month and day. and it gets confusing. I really hope that with the next update the years will be there again.
