I like getting weather and some local info, but your ridiculous mainstream media virtue that paints anybody who’s not a liberal as some kind of crazed enemy is ridiculous. The associated press is your most common reference source for national news and they are a ridiculous organization. Journalists and news outlets were supposed to be the voice of the people, all the people, not just a select group. Why don’t you do some real reporting and find some real facts and keep your feelings out of it or report from organizations that do that. Your article today on Trump‘s victory is absolute rubbish. Surely you have a journalist there that can report the information without all the bias and name-calling that has led to the division in this country over the last 10-15 years. The media has done far more damage to the relations and unity of this country than any politician or any other organization in the world. You have a tremendous responsibility so do better with it.
I can live with the ads but this app has a lot of issues. I primarily use this for weather which isn’t always accurate; sometimes still lists the temp as being the same for several hours, the radar lags or sometimes will show clear skies over the entire state during the middle of a storm. The topic icons are often wrong, I click on news and end up viewing where’s Shane or find the channel 12 car. I’m a regular watcher and am constantly annoyed and disappointed that the anchors are constantly pitching their less than stellar app. And less to do with the app and more employees, typos are everywhere! It’s like they use speech to text but don’t proofread anything, it’s worse than if my 12 year old were typing up the stories.
My favorite news station so of course I have the app! I use the app for push notifications more than anything. The weather is excellent! I had to turn off the news which means I feel out of the loop going to find something else. If you live in Wichita it’s probably great but being in western Kansas I don’t care there is a traffic situation on Kellogg, and I don’t need to know about ever shooting, that is why I don’t live there! So I wish there was a way since this is a regional news station to pick what push notifications you get.
