I purchased this (very cheap) app not knowing what it would be like. Well, let me tell you, it CHANGED my life!!! I will never look back. I was in pain for weeks with these challenging workouts which would make me cry sometimes, but when I saw the before and after pics......holy moly! AMAZING changes! Buy this app and become an Ashy fan!! She is the sweetest, most supportive person in the world! She has changed my life and I will be forever thankful ❤️️ she has Facebook forums for both her Booty and Ab Challenge and the girls on there are great!!! Oh yeah, buy the Ab Challenge too!! Amazeballs! I'm 43 and my body is looking better than ever! Can't wait for the US leg of her Booty Tour! VIP here I come! ❤️️❤️️ much love 😍😍
