I loved doing this program before the app. Love it even more with the app ♥️
In May 2018 I reported this App to Apple Australia as it cunningly requires you to sign up and agree to terms and conditions that leads to a USD$29 monthly subscription. This converts at present to anywhere between AUD$38 - $42 and the internet is littered with others who have also been caught with the same unintentional and unwanted subscription. A request for a refund was denied citing the terms and conditions. Use this App with extreme caution. A side note Apple, I find it unacceptable that you have refused to advise me of the outcome of my complaint. It is simply a matter of common courtesy if nothing else. An App that rates at 1.7 with numerous scathing comments surely should have triggered your interest months ago. The App store you pride on being a safe place to shop, is in this case is anything but and I’d urge you to read and re-evaluate any App that attracts average ratings that are less than 2.5
The app is fairly easy to use, and I love the colours and layout. I've found an issue with no video play button in several of the individual exercises each day (usually 2-3), and I'm not sure if this is just a bug or they weren't included. I'm on day 3 of the workouts and so far so good, just a few minor comments on them: -I select the home versions which you're only meant to need a dumbbell for, however (for example) day 3 requires a chin up bar and equipment for the suspension row bicep curls. I try to find substitutes for these but shouldn't have to when choosing the home version! -some exercises are quite hard for beginners, it would be handy to have easier and harder options for some exercises But overall I am loving this app so far, I would love an iPad version so I can read the screen better when I'm doing the workouts!!
