Kidbox - Unpacking Happiness

Kidbox would be perfect if we could exchange clothes we just plain didn’t like. I really really hate white clothes, but it has never failed that I have received a plain white shirt of some sort in every single box I have received. It’s more cost effective to buy the whole box so I always end up paying for something that I hate and give to Good Will. My last box came with the ability to exchange clothes for a different style and I loved it! I was able to send back a white shirt and a crop top since my daughter doesn’t like her belly showing. My latest box however only allows me to exchange sizes. I would have sent back the whole box except my daughter ripped off one of the tags already so again, I am paying for a hideous white shirt that I will never use.

I have to say that I am the type of person that enjoys going to the store and trying on and picking out clothing for my children! But when I don’t have that ability I love the fact that Kidbox is very meticulous with their clothing choices, they totally listen to what your choices and preferences are! They neatly package your boxes and are awesome to work with if there is an issue they respond quickly. My kids and I enjoy opening the Boxes to see what’s inside! You can’t beat the name brands inside and the affordable prices!! Love Kidbox !! Totally would recommend them to anyone looking for low hassle and reasonable prices and amazing assortment!! We have tried all of the boxes out there and KidsBox is by far the best in quality and matching the clothes to my child's personality! She squeals at every item that is taken out of her box! We take pictures and record them to share with family and friends! I love the clothes and most importantly my daughter loves them and can't wait for her next one! We have only had one thing happen that had nothing to do with KB and their customer service was top notch in handling it. I can't say enough about the whole company! Great clothes and great prices with amazing customer service and I don't have to leave my house to shop! Yes!!!
