After identifying my primary trait, my mentor was very helpful in guiding me through the program and assisting me in reflecting on my trait and identifying behavior linked to my trait. The app provides one with a variety of activities that help to address the imbalances in one’s primary trait. A good program and app for someone looking to start some self-improvement.

DHARMA has been a game changer for myself. Being able to journal, reflect, and review myself from a non traditional therapy setting has been very eye opening. I really enjoyed the different “games” and “tasks” to complete each week and I especially liked being able to review my process with my mentor. This app and program allow one to navigate their own personality and processing abilities at your on convenience. I highly suggest giving the Dharma program a chance, you wont regret it!

I found Dharma Life's 6-week program to be a great starting point for some much needed self-discovery. After identifying my trait, my mentor was wonderfully thorough in helping me look at the impact of this trait on my professional and personal life as well as the behaviors linked to it. Despite some errors in lexicon, the app is user-friendly and incorporates a good combination of activities (food, exercise, journaling and games) to address and increase understanding of one's trait. Highly recommend trying it out!
