Immediately says your order is being prepared and gives you an hour window. With the time is close they say your order is almost ready. When time expires they say order will be delivered in 15 minutes. Then in a while you get a message saying order failed. Wait? I thought the order was being prepared? They lie for no reason. Just be honest with people. And you can’t cancel the order so your stuck waiting before you can order with someone else (because you believe these liars when they tell you your food is being prepared)
I ordered food for my dad’s birthday because I am in another country now. Also due to Covid-19, many restaurants are closed and better to stay home. So, I decided to use LineMan for first time. It was quick and so convenient. But only one thing that I want to suggest is about having set the time for delivery. Better to have that. So people will not accidentally order food for dinner at 2pm same as me. Lol
