Robinhood: Food Delivery app

When it works it works great. When it doesn’t work it’s very bad. App will say no drivers available then 15 mins later when u have found other options you get a notification that a driver is there to pick you up even when u did not book the driver or the app never showed u a driver picked up the order. The driver sits there or takes the route without you and you get charged for a ride you never took. Can not contact customer care to cancel, no English and no immediate contact. Customer care never resolves the issue through email

I’m Thai so the language isn’t an issue here. I thought the app itself isn’t good based on rate and stars. This app is better than grab or food panda because there’re more street vendors and small restaurants participating in. Personally, I don’t think not having English on the app is related to discrimination. Target group of the users of this app could be Thai people and that’s okay. If you would like to use the app, you probably want to try to learn the language, especially if you also live in this country.

Please add English as an option if your plans is to become be a “superapp” near future.
