Ohio Valley Mobile Banking

I been using this app for few yrs and update when ask.. but now it forcing u to have to buy new phone to use the app .! I this don’t make sense I have other apps that’s not required me to do this , only one and it wasn’t important app. I deleted the app.. if something working why mess with it.. this makes me have to use web browser now… I blame both sides here Apple and bank app.. Ik Apple probably forcing u all to update for their agenda to make us iPhone users to buy new phone…

I have been with Ohio valley bank for 52 years. Jeff Smith was my hero he took care of us from the time we started needing the bank for finances till he no longer did loans when he moved to different places we went rite with him. I would go by his window and wave at him the only thing. I wish is that he was still there. That all being said I wouldn’t go to another bank. When my husband passed he made sure every thing went smooth there at the bank I know this probably isn’t what kind of a review you were wanting but that is why I love Ohio valley bank and I now use Raymond when I need someone and I love Bailey in customer service she has helped me a lot. Mobile deposit will not work. It keeps saying I have to endorse the check even though I have. I’ve tried taking the picture multiple times in different locations with different lighting and nothing works.
