Metricool

I want to give Metricool 5 stars because the web version is amazing! One of my favorite social media management tools I have used and very easy to navigate plus keep track of metrics. However, half the time when I need to post something from the app manually, I can’t do it because the app just doesn’t load. This basically renders the schedule to manual post with notification feature useless and ends up creating a headache for me. I would recommend Metricool for the web version and if you are able to auto-publish all of your posts, but it’s not the tool for scheduling manual posts. Fix the app!

This app is not great. I got it because it was an affordable option and it comes off like it has so many features. Unfortunately those features don’t work or need a workaround. Inbox is a joke - it either doesn’t load or the messages are not new. I uploaded an entire post with caption, just for the app to tell me I have too many library posts and I need to delete one (which I lost all my work of the new post). Then when I try to delete a library post, it doesn’t delete. Customer service isn’t great. They want screenshots and videos for everything, even when you tell them exactly what’s going on. And even then, they only provide workarounds, not real solutions. I’m annoyed I paid for the year, but will probably still cancel my subscription and find and better social media planning app.

Here is my honest review. The platform is a LIFESAVER when it comes to organizing content, scheduling things out, and I definitely believe it’s worth it. When it comes to the desktop version, it is much easier to see, and I wish they would copy the calander from the pc version to mobile. It’s so much easier to see and understand. Same thing with posting, the desktop version is killer, easy to understand, and the app could improve toward that direction. Integrating Snapchat spotlight would help as well, that is definitely missing. But I recommend it, huge time saver, and has made my life 10x easier. Hoping to see Snapchat in the future.
