Why can’t I sign up for Shuggr again It’s bringing up there’s an issues with your account

Right away, it asked for your Facebook or Apple and then nothing works for you to sign in when it doesn’t even send you anything and you can’t make a password or put your email in to get started. Most people have friends and family on Facebook and they don’t want to associate an account like this with family and friends and they want to keep it private and separate. Anyway, I found it difficult and annoying to try to even get started
