Logic Daily: Grid Puzzles

I’m of the firm opinion that the quality of any game can be measured by the quality of its free-to-play section. This game has 50 free puzzles to start, along with a free daily puzzle (which remains completable for five days). You can also unlock 20 more by reviewing and sharing the game with a friend. 70+ free puzzles is a *lot* more than other logic puzzle games I have found. The puzzles themselves are fun and challenging, though the posted ‘par’ time often seems much shorter than humanly possible. (Unless you go back and plug in answer from memory on your second try.) That said, there is no penalty for not making it so it doesn’t really matter. Honestly, I’m considering paying to unlock all the other levels- they have a LOT, especially when you take the 8-year daily puzzle backlog into account, and they continue to stretch my brain in ways that other game apps like sudoku simply do not.

I really enjoy this App for my daily logic puzzle fix. I’ve played so many different ones, and some can be very confusing, worded poorly, not give sufficient clues to solve the puzzle, etc. Some don’t fill in the “X” in the remaining boxes when you mark the box you believe to be correct, and without those X’s, it’s very hard to see where the puzzle is going, so thank you Logic Daily for automatically filling them in! 👍 Your puzzles are fun, challenging, and generally solvable, even if sometimes I have to take a guess between 2 “possibles” to proceed. One improvement I would like to see is the category name added to the Top/Sides to help with solving. For instance, a puzzle with Captains and 1st and 2nd Officers just has names listed, but you have to also figure out, and then remember, that Jo is a Captain and Suzy is a 1st Officer…makes that a bit annoying. Solvable, but annoying. The other thing, for me, is adding friends. Would like to do that, but Facebook as the only way? Is there another? As it is, I haven’t been able to add any friends. But that’s just a minor thing. Overall, I really enjoy your App! Thank you so much 😊

Hi I love your app, and love logic puzzles. I like that there is a time to beat, but that you can take as long as you want to solve the puzzles. I really love some of the quotes said by the Einstein character, very inspiring! I downloaded this app a week ago or so, and I bought one of the extended packs. Everything was going great, and I was enjoying it fully. However, since this last update, I am having difficulties loading the game. It has the initial screen up with a message that comes up saying “loading puzzles, please wait.” No matter how long I wait, it never moves from that. I shut app down, restart, same thing. Sometimes I can open the app up and it loads everything instantly and plays fine. But more often than not, I am running into this loading problem. I just shut app down and restarted 20 times, waiting a little bit here and there, and it’s just not loading right now. I’ve tried restarting phone, no difference. I shut down other open apps and cleared my cache (something that seemed to help once before), and still no progress. What’s odd is it seems like it’s in the game, but not showing me anything besides this screen because I’ve tapped on it and then I got an apple store pop up asking me if I wanted to buy a puzzle pack. I’m on a 6S iPhone (still works great! ;) Please fix so I can rate higher! Having no issues anymore, upgraded to 5 stars! (June 2021)
