Mall of America®

Don’t download this app instead just find one of the kiosk in the mall where you can use the touchscreen to figure out where you’re trying to go. This app is completely worthless. Maybe the best functioning feature on this app is that it gives you a PDF of each of the floors, but all of the stores are coded by a random location number and give you no information about which stores are anywhere. It can’t help you navigate to any of the places where you want to go, and you can’t even search for things by category, like food or restaurants… So unless you know the exact name of the store you’re looking for and you can navigate to the PDF to find out where those stores coded location is than this app does nothing for you.

Nothing pretty or special about it but it runs and does what it needs to :)

I am absolutely shocked that a business as large as Mall of America has an app that is this disappointing! Mall of America needs to take a queue from any large airport across the United States. You should be able to pull up this app. It should be able to recognize your location and you should be able to put in what store you want to go to and it should direct step by step how to get there. If this is the best they can do they shouldn't even bother. This is an absolute frustrating waste of time. Do better MoM.
