Simply Salad

The place is clean. The customer service is great, but while I’m trying to order online, it doesn’t show the prices of extras. The girl gave me a menu and then I was told you only she was five toppings and everything else is extra so it was super confusing after trying to place my order online and those details not being given.

2nd time with a non user friendly issue. Here are the take always: 1.Too many mixed font sizes and banners from making a easy choice from necessary prompts. 3.spacing along the ap after the menu is hard to read. 2. Password reset only guided me to download the ap and I was lucky to remember my password 3. Sauce choices is on the bottom when all other aps make you pic the sauce first.

I second everyone saying bad app, great restaurant. I love Simply Salads! Staff is nice, fast, food is always great. This is the worst food service app I have- glitches terrible with online pay and “lost connection”, which will sometimes double charge. It also never remembers the exact same two salads I order almost weekly- says “no previous orders”. The rewards are nice on the app but that’s about the only feature that has consistently worked for me. If you fixed the glitches this would be a 5/5 from me. Please don’t let this simple solution be the reason I stop coming to the restaurant, and make ‘adding convenience to your customers’ a priority, please.
