This app is horrible. It doesn’t actually let you order. Within the app it lets you select a location to order from, but then it just opens a web browser so you can order online. And that’s when the app works at all.
I agree with all of the other reviewers. The location I wanted to order from was actually list, but placing an order is not smooth. I received an email confirmation that my order is ‘pending’ and I would receive another email once it was received by the location. 30 minutes later, never received confirmation. And on top of that, they listed the WRONG phone number. Not very good quality or service from this app. (Website ordering is just as bad.)
Love their food. Hate the app. It will not let you submit an apartment/suite number. I clicked on something when I was almost done with my order and had to start all over again. When I went to submit my address for the second time it kept saying “invalid”. The app also froze a few times.
