In my opinion intellect far surpasses any therapist that I have worked with. You can say that it's claim of creating a better you is true. There is plenty of options for most scenarios you will find yourself facing as well as adequate outlets available to express challenges in your life reinforcing the neuroscience of overcoming obstacles and memory retention. Nicely engineered programming that is observant, helpful and on point. More than you could ever expect for what it cost and a good useof the time and data it does for all that it offer and provides. Completely outstanding, well rounded, wholesome and uplifting. It’s a wonder app in my opinion that is an awesome platform to program independently or interdependently and has a lot of opportunity and reason to expand with the augmented consciousness obtained through it.
This app is amazing!! I’ve only been using it for a few days now and I’ve already learned a lot about myself. It’s very educational and tailored to your specific needs. And, everything is free!!(so far at least.) there are so many tools and things available to you for free. My only complaint is that I have an iPod and it has a really small screen, so when I try to scroll down and click on another option (for multiple choice questions) I can’t click on them. Other than that this is an amazing app and I would highly recommend 👍
I’ve been searching for an app(s) to help me work through my personal life struggles and develop better habits and an understanding of the reasoning behind why I behave the way I do. I’ve tried quite a few apps, but Intellect is the first and only app that captured my attention and held it. I’m so unbelievably lost and overwhelmed and struggling with multiple issues and Intellect addresses them all. Because the journeys are short, I’m actually able to fully focus and absorb what I’m being taught. The change in activities (audio, tests, journaling, etc) throughout each journey continues to keep my attention and interest. The woman’s voice for the audio segments is actually very soothing and calm, which was a huge surprise to me because 99% of the time I can’t stand them. I finally feel as though I found a program I can actually stick with. I’m genuinely excited to continue my journey and for the first time, I’m optimistic that Intellect will help me understand the reasons behind my behaviors and habits and help me work through and overcome my struggles. I am so grateful Intellect exists, that I found it and that it’s free to use, which is absolutely critical in my current financial situation, and that also makes me feel the app creators actually care and truly want to help people. I cannot fully express how thankful I am for Intellect.
