I like it and have found it to be helpful. I has a lot of cool features and helpful tips. However, the fact that I have to pay to “unlock more” is a bit discouraging and disappointing. I wish that everything could be available to use because honestly, no one should have to pay for help and healing. But since that’s how things work, I am grateful for the things on this app that are free and I hope one day it can be completely free for everyone.
I downloaded this app because I saw a lot people say very good things about it so I thought I would give it a try and when you fist open it it starts with a little assessment and then it ask you what you are struggling with the most it can make a plan for you so you go through it answer questions and I was already finding out new stuff but when your done with the little test it hits you with a pop up saying you should get a bundle that you have to pay for I say no because i don’t want to pay for anything but when I went to go on my plan it said I couldn’t do it because I have to pay for it like why have me do all of that if your not going to let me use it and yes I see that there are stuff for free which is cool but I wanted to use the plan but if i have to pay for it why bother going through the trouble of making us do that unless you know we’re going to pay for it.
Ok so listen I suffer from severe anxiety, depression and anger and I thought hey maybe I will try to get better because all of this is inherent so I thought maybe if I got it a little under control at a younger age it would be ok so I got this app and even during the plan and the other things we had to do I was kind of feeling better until I was done and ready then bam I have to pay like I don’t want to worry about money and have more problems and just get to overwhelmed to do anything like your a self care app DONT BE THE CAUSE OF STRESS omg just have people pay for the app if your going to make them feel good and then make them more stressed with money I guess this is what I get for tapping on a ad on Snapchat 🙄
