Just a heads up I’m sure you all must have meant to say viral but you may want to fix your message on the one preview photo because it says Create virus video in seconds now maybe I’m wrong maybe this is a new thing or something I don’t know but I’ve kinda never heard of a virus video before but I have heard of a viral video just a friendly heads up i figured you all would like to know it sticks out like a sore thumb and even that small spelling error kinda to me makes you guys look a little unprofessional because you all never changed it thanks for your time enjoy your day whoever reads this

UPDATE: customer service was finally responsive and then continued to troubleshoot with me until the issue was resolved! I just downloaded this app. I’m testing it out. It’s charging me fees for every single test I run and they won’t refund me even though the tests I’m running are not giving me the results I want. Customer service continues to give me the wrong instructions so I feel like I’m hitting my head on a brick wall and I’m very unhappy.

I’ve used many of the products , and unfortunately you have to have some skills, or you do what we all did before killer apps like this one, You have fun and learn , it will be easier than you think!!
