** newest update They have now doubled their yearly ad free sub price. Their customer support mocks customers w one word answers in huge font. I donโt think that they understand supply and demand. They provide a service but they only make money bc of us consumers. Furthermore, they should consider our individual reach and how likely we are to bring them business if they have a great app with great customer support and vice versa. ** update. After several emails back & forth they were finally able to get my subscription transferred to their new app. I feel like I should have gotten a few weeks free just for all the time, effort and follow-through it took to get this accomplished. It was not as easy as sending one email and it being transferred. I went for days of watching soooo many ads just to use the app while I waited. I knocked one star off for all the hassle. That being said, the app itself works well. If all continues to go well, I will def recommend them to my followers. I loved your original app. I paid through June 2025 for no ads. Please fix this so I can continue to use and recommend your app. Thanks.
After the change from InSave to InMark, I followed their instructions and updated the app to InMark. However, after downloading the new app, I started seeing ads even though I had already paid for the previous app. Additionally, the option to restore my previous purchase was not working in the new app. I reached out to the app support by using the email button in the new app and sent them a screenshot of my subscription purchase. They responded quickly and restored my ad-free account. If anyone else is experiencing the same issue, I recommend contacting customer support, as they were able to resolve the issue promptly.
I purchased the annual subscription (12 month paid option) through InstaSave (the old version) (in May) and two months later (July) there is a prompt stating our app has moved, please download our other app. This is a new app we are forced to download because the other one no longer works. Why did you as a developer do an app change without transferring current subscriptions? I paid for an annual subscription that does not continues when selecting the restore option in the new app. There was no communication about this pending change and disabling of the other app. It sends a message that this developer like others will attempt to scam their users out of money, regardless of the amount, without considering consequences. Will this issue be rectified or will refunds be issued? This is not the first app developer to do this, and it is an issue that needs to be addressed and stopped immediately.
