This app was pretty worthless; There’s better, timely information from the local news sites/channels, nobody has to answer the phones or the doors at City Hall. No accountability either, otherwise citizens’ work requests would have been followed-through with and completed (e.g. you can mark it as ‘Fixed’ even though nothing was done.) Weir and The Big Brother Machine probably just using it to exert force over The People. Funny how after government implemented their policies/mandates/requirements and then didn’t update anything on here for weeks after.
