iGoal Plus

This has some nice features, but there are some features that are hard to figure out. I.e.: the goal I set was to lose 20 pounds. The app states this is dangerous. I can't find where to set the time for this weight loss goal. It is dangerous, if trying to lose in a short period of time. It is not dangerous to lose in say, a 10 week period. Perhaps some instructions?

Which works for me since I'm using it to supplement another app that doesn't do this. I'm still looking for an app that suggests not only your daily caloric intake to meet your goal but also suggestions about how many calories you need to burn daily. If this were updated at some point to include that, it'd be a perfect app for me.

I started entering personal data with my weight. I told me how tall I was & didn't let me change it. A message kept showing incorrect data when I tried to put in my correct height. None of the other data entries allowed me to enter info, & told me that my weight loss was impossible.
