People are stupid in the reviews. Why are you rating about the laundromats you go to?? That has nothing to with the app and issues with the washers and dryers you personally have. Also the app doesn’t steal your money as one person said and you need to contact the laundry assistant on site if you have issues with the washers and dryers. The APP is great and convenient for me so I don’t need to rush around from home to the atm on pay days and just select the washer and dryer I’m using without any issues at all.

I recently retired and downsized becoming a minimalist. My first time doing laundry at a laundromat I was skeptical. I located Green Laundromat online. The parking was plentiful and clean. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice lady that is employed there for take away laundry service. I found the establishment to be extremely tidy and clean including the washers and dryers. This is a very modern laundromat. One can choose to use coins or as I prefer the AP where you simply load money as needed then conveniently choose the washer or dryer to start. The AP also shows how the time progress of the machines. It has been a year now and I really look forward to laundry day. There are numerous chairs, laundry supplies, refreshments and carts available. The music is tasteful as well! I highly recommend your next laundry day experience at Green Laundromat.

While this application says it has support with options for email and chat, none appears supported. With chat, it keeps you waiting for an agent but then disconnects after a minute or so. This pattern goes over and over. With email, despite your email account being available if you click the option to email support you're denied with a warning that email is not supported. Therefore even for matters involved loading money, requesting cancellation on a wrongly prompted payment (even if the washer is not in use) there'll be no way to request support. In other words if you do the wrong action on this app, then there's no chance to undo your mistake. Terribly disappointing and bad user experience. Unfortunately they seem to be the only option where they operate. Otherwise I doubt anyone would use this app or business.
