Can’t move past profile screen after registration. Absolutely poor response from support, multiple email exchanges yet they simply can’t be bothered to read or comprehend. Buggy and broken. Also they forces you to type the passwords on registration in day and age of password managers. I generated 36 char random password but unable to autofill or paste. You actually have to TYPE. Forces you to chose dumb passwords on important health data app. Atrocious experience overall. If these are the providers HSBC partners with, I’m thinking of moving to different Bank.

I had the misfortune to pick up a nasty infection while abroad, worried about getting hold of my GP when I got back to the UK, I tried my luck with the 24/7 GP support. I had a video appointment within 90 mins and a prescription emailed to me immediately afterwards. I was able to collect my antibiotics before I got home from the airport! Brilliant and convenient service.
