For the love of God, please release an update that makes the app useful, such as BEING ABLE TO ACCESS YOUR CARD VIA APP

The staff at Alderney HSBC are the most friendliest I have came across in a long while for bank employees. I received great speedy service and was able to conduct all my transactions successfully. Special thanks to Emma who sorted out an issue I was having with my HSBC app, excellent customer service and professionalism!!!!

No - you are not “listening”…. Other HSBC apps, like Hong Kong and USA for example allow the use of Global Transfer from the app…but not the one from Isle of Man. Farcical.
