Staff was professional and courteous but really couldn’t address my concern. I was having trouble sending a transaction, they tried but all they could say was it was my bank wasn’t supported that I need to change banks. I tried it again after a day and it worked on the same bank. My bank was a Credit Union.

The customer service was fast when calling for any issues when you sign up, which was not easy by the way. It took my four attempts to try to sign up, they asked me to upload my documents multiple times. Eventually I was able to log in and made bank to bank transfer. It has been 6 days now and still the money is not where it’s supposed to. Everytime I try to chat with customer care, it would take a few minutes for a response and no resolution whatsoever. I wonder if my 600 dollars will ever be sent to my son who needs it for school. Very unreliable, can’t be trusted!

Kabayan remit is extremely a big help in doing online transaction in just a click of a button. For a person that is always on the go it makes me really appreciate it. Please make your service of sending in just 3 minutes not 4-5 days so it’l be more helpful.
