I worked from the hours of 6pm to 12am but the app won’t let me enter that, when I put that I started at 6pm it’s fine but as soon as I put the time I ended at 12am it says “start time should be before end time” but it is before my end time I start at 6 pm and end at 12am I can’t put my hours in correctly and now I tried to log in 3 hours later and it won’t let me, it says it’s only for beta users but it let me log in earlier today. They really need to work on this app, all I’m seeing are negative reviews about this app
Though HomePay is a great company to use for Nanny Payroll, their app is completely useless. It would appear to have only purpose, which is to redirect Users to their website log-in page. (Why waste phone storage on a redirect?) When a User attempts to do anything other than log-in on the webpage to which this app directs them, they are met with the following script: “ “ This app is currently only available for participants of our Beta program. Stay tuned as we work to make it available to all HomePay employees and employers. “ The app’s complete uselessness undermines confidence in the company (HomePay) by sending regular emails requesting those being paid via their services to: Get Paid Using Time Tracker in 3 easy steps Add Hours Here's how it works. Download the App Or login to access your timesheet. Submit hours by Friday Submit hours by Friday at 11:59 p.m. CST. Check out this video for tips! Get paid Receive a direct deposit on pay day for your hours. If I believed the only way to be paid accurately by HomePay was through use of this app, I would terminate my association with them immediately. HomePay would be wise to distance themselves from this failure and remove it from the App Store. Yes, it *is* that bad.
Doesn’t allow you to add more than one time slot per day, so if you worked 9-10 and then 3-4, you have to enter 9-11 to get 2 full hours. Doesn’t let you look back on past weeks. Doesn’t let you see if your submission went through when the paycheck doesn’t arrive the following week. Literally only lets you enter hours.
