When this was created, we agents could do everything through the app along with the website now we are limited to the desktop version. Please restore access via app. Understand that we are constantly on the move and need tools like this to work with our lifestyle.

Like the app and the buyer friendly features. Too often it gets stuck and won’t work. The down payment estimator doesn’t update. There’s a picture of a map but no way to actually navigate to a map directly from the app to see where the home is located and map various destinations as other realtor apps do. Would like to see multiple location searches and the ability to view list based on preference (like price, square footage, etc).

Its nice to be able to see your estimated home value and what a refi might be able to do for you. My only qualm is that the home value on the app does not match the home value in the email I receive. Email always tends to be quite a bit higher. Might be due to a latency in how the number updates. If this were fixed it would be a stellar app.
