After using other auto feeders with various issues, I moved over to this brand. It’s far better than the others, and I love that the app isn’t trying to sell me some subscription. It works well, loads quickly, and looks clean. That’s all I want.

First off, it won’t let me log into the app from a second phone. It tells me the account does not exist. It clearly exists because I can login on the device/app that the account was created on. so then I decided to create a new registration under a different email address on the second device and it tells me the email is not correct. It is absolutely a correct email address. So this seems useless and if it doesn’t work soon, I’m returning it.

Well I’ll probably have to throw the whole unit away since the app is the only way to program it, since the app has now completely stopped working and allowing me to log in. The app worked okay before it recently stopped working, but even still it would constantly log me out and I would then miss any updates anyway. Anyone who’s already bought the unit and came here to download the app, sorry about your waste of money.
