Heart Safe Alerts

I have a rhythm+ that I was given to me to monitor my heart rate for POTS. This app immediately connected to it without me even having to do anything which is amazing because I can’t find anything else that would. Having it send alerts is so helpful so I know if my heart rate is getting too high before my blood pressure starts to drop. Thank you so much!
