Health Way Life

The info offered was very interesting, but to get to that spot was too difficult. I was offered many other similar BP monitoring apps. I have trouble understanding how to get back to Health Way Life. That is the ONLY app I want!!!

You have to watch an ad for every result you want to unlock. To be honest, I’m not even sure what the other results are or what they mean. Other than the heart rate, not sure what a heart rate value (HRV) or heart score (HS) are. The disclaimer in the app tells you that it doesn’t actually measure blood pressure or anything other than heart rate (because physically your phone is unable to actually perform these test no matter what app you have). You just have to know it and enter it in manually and I guess it gives you info about your health based on the info you input. Honestly, there are way too many ads for me to even be entertained by this app. I’m. It sure how it has so many good reviews. That is my honest opinion. I’m deleting the app right after I write this review. Waste of space on my phone, lol.

I saw an ad for this ring, I purchased it thinking it was going to provide me my blood pressure and monitor how I sleep. I have it now and find the continual ads for games that I can avoid for a fee. It doesn’t monitor sleeping habits, and my blood pressure the ring provides isn’t close to the blood pressure measurement that my doctor did. What a waste of money, how do you return something that came from China- I didn’t realize that’s where it was coming from- I would NOT recommend this to anyone!
