HD WiFi

This camera and app use WiFi instead of Bluetooth. When connected to WiFi the camera works well. After a very short time my phone says it’s not connected to the internet and asks to use cellular data. At this point it’s still connected to the camera WiFi but will not produce an image in the app. Try something different.

I’m an app developer and would love to help fix up this app since it has so much potential. First line of business is you need to fix the aspect ratio of the camera view to “Aspect Fit, or Aspect Fill”. This is because everything looks stretched on the camera since it is set to “Scale to Fill”. Also I’d love to patch up your settings page, it’s easy to get stuck on that page, especially when the keyboard can not be dismissed. Never the less it’s SUCH a useful tool so I really hope you improve the app. Dave

I wish the app had a different name on it. It looks like an app for my router, even after opening. I don’t even see a product, make, model, version anywhere in the app. I wish it looked more “legitimate.” “HD WiFi” doesn’t really tell you much. But, so far, the app works fine. The camera light is bright, so, no issues there. I wish the were a way to infinitely rotate the display, rather than just the 90 degrees allowed or an “always up” setting.
