Everytime i connect the cleaning device to my wifi, i tried to do it through the app and in my settings, the wifi stayed connected sometimes and other times it didnt but either way the actual device did not show any image on the app, it would either load forever even past it saying “successfully connected”it would just stay there and not show the camera view, and if it did switch to the camera view the screen was black. Two times i was able to connect it fully and use it for 3-5 minutes before the screen went black again, the device is completely charged but keeps turning the camera off my itself. 29-30 times it just shows a black screen and doesn’t even try to connect me

I got this a year ago and it’s worked really good for a year. Now it’s lagging. I mean the second that I put the camera to the designated location to remove flakes I cannot see on the back of my head, the camera lags for 10 seconds or even worse. Then when I take the camera away and put it anywhere else, it works completely fine. It doesn’t lag, but I’m so confused. How every single time I actually need it in a location like inside my ears or my scalp it lags. If I just put it on my thigh or the back of my hand, it doesn’t lag. This is extremely suspicious.

It’s cool but the camera doesn’t connect to the app/your device 90% of the time. Ads are absolutely for “adults only.” I also wish there was a way to connect through Bluetooth instead of WiFi.
